Pricing questions
What counts as a seat?
Everyone who uses Intero holds a seat, whether they report incidents, run investigations, edit findings, manage CAPAs, or administer the workspace. There is no free or seat-less reporting.
How does pricing work?
Three flat plans, priced by the number of seats. Solo is $20/mo for 1 seat, Team is $100/mo for up to 5 seats, and Company is $200/mo for up to 10 seats. Annual is 20% off and billed upfront: $192, $960, and $1,920 for the year.
What is the difference between the plans?
It is one product on every plan. The investigation copilot is identical from Solo to Company, and no feature is locked behind a higher plan. Plans differ only by how many seats they include and how much AI usage they carry: 1× on Solo, 5× on Team, 10× on Company. For more than 10 users, or custom usage, that is Enterprise.
How is AI usage measured?
AI usage is measured directly and pooled across your team, so anyone can draw on it and one heavy month never strands the rest.
What happens if we reach our AI usage?
The usage band is a real ceiling. If you reach it, AI analysis pauses until your usage resets at the start of the next month. You can move up a plan or talk to us to raise it sooner, and your cases and captured incidents stay available throughout.
How do I get started?
Getting started is demo-led. Book a demo and we will set you up on your own operation. There is no free plan; you move onto one of the paid plans when you are ready.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your incident data is yours, is never used to train models, and can be exported or deleted on request.
Do you have SOC 2?
SOC 2 Type II in progress. Enterprise plans include DPA and security-review support today.
